The outcome
For this 1930’s terraced home, our clients were keen to create a new space from their currently redundant loft. Making this decision to stay in their home, meant they could remain in the area that they loved, while benefitting from an entirely new floor.
Our clients were keen to bring a mix of elements into their design. Thanks to a full rear dormer extension, we were able to bring these dreams to life. Creating a fabulous bedroom space, two new Velux windows ensured our clients were able to enjoy lots of natural light. Their stunning ensuite bathroom, complete with traditional tin roll-top bath, and modern shower meant they could make the most of modern and traditional styles.
