The outcome
Our clients toyed with whether to move, or extend their 1920’s terraced home. Preferring to stay in the area, they talked to us about how they could make the most of their current property and we happily provided the inspiration!
Through meticulous planning, we were able to provide them with extensions both on the ground floor, and also to their loft. We were careful to meet their local planning specifications. Thanks to the new mansard loft, we were able to create a superb bedroom suite with ample storage, in addition to a wonderful ensuite bathroom. And downstairs a fabulous new living area with lots of natural light truly created lots of space for our clients to enjoy.
