At Central Lofts & Extensions, we welcome the opportunity of a challenge; particularly when it involves transforming a home space into a stylish area for our clients. It’s why our clients are happy to recommend us. For Jemma and Louis, they were looking for a conversion of their London flat, and we rose to the challenge.
Listening to our clients, we took time to understand what they wanted to achieve from their new build. Our designers and planners used their creative thinking and technical expertise to produce plans that would meet our clients’ needs.
A particular challenge of this build was in gaining planning permission for the project. Our team has extensive experience in working on all types of builds and is fully aware of the specific requirements for each borough in London and the surrounding areas. We gave our clients the valuable peace of mind they needed; ensuring that we completed this process effectively, keeping them informed at all stages of the conversion.
Their new build has given them an entirely fresh, light and airy bedroom space. Benefiting from stylish décor, Jemma and Louis’ new flat benefits from French windows and a Juliet balcony; bringing the outside in – ideal for natural light and warmth.
New Velux windows have also been fitted in the bedroom and the trendy ensuite bathroom. Both the bedroom and bathroom have been designed with the best use of space in mind. Storage was also essential; with ample fitted furniture created in complementary wooden tones.
We make sure that all our craftsmen are trained to the highest calibre; ensuring they deliver an excellent result, and we were delighted to discover our clients were equally pleased with their new flat.
