For this project in London, our clients Mark and Julia came to us looking to extend their home. They were looking to add two bedrooms and two bathrooms to their detached property. With a growing family, they had chosen to create more space in their own home as opposed to moving, and a new loft extension was the right decision for them.
Our planners and designers spent time with the clients, finding out what they would need for their home and suggesting the best ways forward for their loft conversion in London. With a growing family, it was also essential that the build caused minimal disruption to their family life. Which is why their dedicated project manager was on hand at all times to make sure that the family was kept up to date with the build progress and were available for any questions that our clients had.
This extensive build came in on budget for the new loft conversion, and the family were delighted with the results; providing them with the much-desired space in their home. Not only that, but the development would also give our clients return on investment in the future.
