A great addition to this suburban property, this loft extension meant our client benefited from a new master bedroom suite – and increased value of their home.

The outcome

Our role was to create the shell and structural works, in addition to the plumbing and electrics for their beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and basin; enabling our client to complete the finishing works themselves. Finishing with a new staircase and banister, their new airy loft now benefits from velux windows plus a skylight at the property’s front side.
