The outcome
Our clients came to us looking to extend their property; choosing this instead of moving home. Enabling them to stay in their own home, our designers spent time with the owners; finding out how best we could help provide them with much-needed space.
Opting for a mansard conversion, this meant we could create two wonderful new rooms – a bedroom and an office. The owners were particularly pleased with their Juliet balcony windows in the bedroom; giving lots of light to the room. Complemented by a fabulous ensuite bathroom with shower, and his and hers sinks, our clients were over the moon with their new floor which had completely changed their home space - ensuring a financial return too.
